PC or Mac? Each PC user can have either a Windows based Hewlett Packard laptop or a Hewlett Packard Desktop with a screen. If you prefer a Mac, then you can choose an iMac, MacBook Air or an iPad Pro with a Magic keyboard.
After you have informed us of your hardware requirements, we can usually source the equipment within a few days.
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) for £95 per month
We will first complete a pre-consultation check on your existing hardware and software to ensure that it will be feasible for your device to work with our services. This is generally completed remotely and only takes about an hour to complete. (Evidence of hardware and software licence purchases will be required).
The transition of services will then be scheduled, which normally takes between 5-10 days.
Custom built - prices on request
Custom built is a tailor made ‘IT-as-a-Service’ proposal to fit your specific needs. Before proceeding we will discuss your exact requirements and, depending on the detail, you may have to pay a larger set up fee.

Once you are happy to proceed. The necessary due diligence and credit checks will be completed.
Then if successful, we will issue a contract for signature electronically, along with an invoice for the initial set up fee of £250 per user which will need to be paid on receipt.
Once payment has been received, we will send out a direct debit instruction via our payments provider ‘GoCardless’ for the first monthly payment to be taken in advance, and then continue to invoice monthly for the duration of the agreement.
